What you will do?

• Counsel students on UG entrance exams (CUET, IPMAT, CLAT, etc.) and guide them toward suitable programs/courses aligned with their goals.
• Handle student walk-ins at designated centers (Rajouri / NSP / Janakpuri / Gurgaon) and support them throughout the counselling journey.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling and career guidance sessions; ensure proper lead management and conversion.
• Deliver seminars/workshops on career counselling to scale outreach and awareness.
• Stay updated on exam trends, patterns, and course offerings to provide accurate and timely guidance.

What you will need?

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (marketing).
• Experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / Educational Sales will be added advantage.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good negotiation and pitching skills are required.
• Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up.
• Multi-disciplinary and continuous learning mind-set.
• Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,888.71 per month
