Events Social Media Manager

Content Creation:
Develop, design, and schedule compelling social media posts (static and animated).Create and edit short video snippets for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.).Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative content ideas aligned with brand guidelines.

Social Media Management:
Manage day-to-day social media activities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to identify engagement opportunities.Ensure timely posting and engagement across all platforms.

Engagement & Growth:Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.Analyze performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, etc.) and optimize strategies for growth.Create and execute strategies to increase audience engagement and follower base.

Creative Development:
Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams for cohesive campaigns.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience (4-5 years) in social media management or content creation.Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent communication and writing skills.Analytical mindset to evaluate performance and adapt strategies. Experience in the luxury, event, or creative industries.Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and optimization.Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.Stay updated on industry trends to propose new ideas and tools for improving content quality.
