We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Management Trainee to join our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:
- Assist in developing and curating engaging and creative content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and other relevant social media communities.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve social media strategies.
Research and Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Support the marketing team with various projects and initiatives as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
- Perform administrative duties related to social media management, such as maintaining content calendars and organizing digital assets.
