Overview: As an Integrated Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and data-driven individual with expertise in digital marketing channels and campaign management. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy - Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. - Define clear goals, target audience segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Website Management/SEO - Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with digital marketing objectives, staying updated with industry trends and algorithm changes. - Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords, integrating them strategically into website content. -Implement On-page SEO best practices to optimise website pages, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking. -Conduct technical SEO audits to address website performance issues and work with developers to implement improvements. -Utilise web analytics tools to track website performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions, and generate regular reports for continuous improvement. -Off-page SEO involves external strategies to boost website rankings, Link Building, Guest Blogging, etc. Social Media Management -Monitor the organisation's social media accounts, ensure brand consistency in all messages, produce reports, etc. -Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement, and other objectives according to product/services. -Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics. -Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars or conferences. -Led and instructed cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment. -Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers to foster community interaction and brand loyalty. Email Marketing -Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualisation to delivery and analysis. -Create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice, including engaging copy, appealing visuals and persuasive calls to action. -Design visually appealing email templates that are responsive across devices and browsers. -Monitor and study email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions and ROI. -Stay updated with the industry trends and the best practices in email marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Online Advertising (PPC) - Manage and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive website traffic and conversions. - Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting, and optimise budgets for maximum ROI. Content Creation - Develop engaging content such as articles, blogs, videos, and infographics to support marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, relevant content. Influencer Marketing - Identify and engage with industry influencers and strategic partners to amplify brand reach and credibility. - Develop and execute influencer collaboration strategies to leverage their audience and promote brand awareness. Qualification - Experience of 1+Years in Digital Marketing. - Attention to detail and accuracy in all the tasks and handling every channel. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate environment needs. Education and Training: - Graduation - Completion of courses or certification programs in digital marketing.
