Develop original, innovative event concepts that resonate with target audiences and meet client objectives.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate briefs into engaging event strategies.Stay ahead of trends and integrate cutting-edge ideas, technology, and formats into event proposals.Create detailed pitch presentations with visual storytelling to bring concepts to life.CopywritingCraft clear, persuasive, and engaging content for event-related materials, including:Event proposals and presentationsTaglines, slogans, and campaign messagingEvent scripts, invitations, and promotional contentAdapt writing style and tone to fit various clients and industries.Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.Collaboration and ExecutionPartner with the design and production teams to ensure the creative vision is executed seamlessly.Provide creative direction and input during event planning and execution phases.Work closely with clients to refine concepts and copy to match their expectations.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in event conceptualization and copywriting, ideally in an event management agency.Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and develop innovative concepts.A portfolio showcasing event concepts and written work is a must.

Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional creative thinking and storytelling abilities.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in crafting visually engaging presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
