Events Sales & Marketing

As a Sales Executive for event solutions, your primary responsibilities will include: - Generating leads and proactively reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. - Pitching and selling customized event solutions based on client needs. - Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. - Conducting site visits and walkthroughs with clients to showcase event venues and services. - Coordinating with internal teams (event planning, logistics, operations) to ensure successful execution. - Negotiating pricing and terms while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. - Attending industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to grow the client base. - Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. - Proven sales experience in events, hospitality, or a related sector preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Passion for events and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Please note that this position is full-time and permanent, offering Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule is during day shift hours. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is required.
