Job Description

As a Sales Executive for customized event solutions, your role involves generating leads and reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as calls, emails, and in-person meetings. You will be responsible for pitching and selling event solutions tailored to meet client needs. It is essential to maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets, and conduct site visits with clients to showcase event venues and services. Collaboration with internal teams for successful execution, negotiation of pricing and terms, and attending industry events to expand the client base are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. - Pitch and sell customized event solutions based on client needs. - Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. - Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with clients to showcase event venues and services. - Coordinate with internal teams (event planning, logistics, operations) to ensure successful execution. - Negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to grow the client base. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. - Proven sales experience in events, hospitality, or a related sector preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Passion for events and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the position offers a full-time permanent job type with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in event marketing, proficiency in English, and a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time. The work location is in person, based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.,
