Company: Shubharambh Productions Private Limited Location: Bangalore Industry: Event Management, Travel, Weddings, Technology Employment Type: Full-Time Website: https://shubharambhproductions.com/ Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Event Production & Operations Manager with 5–15 years of experience to manage on-ground execution, vendor coordination, logistics, and end-to-end production support for our events. This role is critical in ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute all production and operational aspects of events. Work closely with internal teams to understand event requirements and timelines. Source and manage vendors for fabrication, sound, lighting, AV, staging, décor, logistics, etc. Conduct site visits, feasibility checks, and pre-event inspections. Prepare event production schedules, checklists, and resource plans. Oversee event setup, rehearsals, and execution to ensure quality and compliance. Handle on-site team management and real-time troubleshooting during events. Coordinate with client servicing and creative teams to align production with client expectations. Track budgets, negotiate vendor costs, and ensure cost-effective execution. Maintain post-event reports and suggest improvements for future projects. Requirements: 5–15 years of professional in event production or operations, preferably in an event management or experiential marketing company. Strong understanding of event logistics, production materials, and vendor management. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Willingness to travel and work on-site, including weekends and late hours as per event schedules. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Diploma or degree in Event Management, Production, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
