The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales to support our continued growth in the event management sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Pitch event services to prospective clients – including weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and brand activations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and agencies. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create customized event proposals. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare presentations, sales reports, and sales forecasts. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain CRM and track all leads and interactions. Requirements: 2-8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in the event management, media, or hospitality industry. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred). High energy, enthusiastic, and client-focused. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of local markets and client preferences in Bangalore. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. Nice to Have: Existing client network or vendor contacts in the events industry. Experience in digital lead generation or social media marketing. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
