Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and vendors to understand event objectives and requirements.
• Conduct venue recce, prepare PPTs, and develop detailed production timelines, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Handle venue booking, setup coordination, and post-event breakdown.
• Manage production crew, technicians, and on-ground staff.
• Oversee sound, lighting, staging, and other technical setups.
• Manage transportation, logistics, and accommodation arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact during event execution.
• Monitor event flow to ensure seamless delivery.
• Resolve on-site issues and last-minute challenges efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism and high service standards throughout the event.

Requirements

• 0–2+ years of experience in event operations or production.
• Background in event management is

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
• Comfortable working with multiple departments and vendors.
