We are seeking a passionate and reliable Event Operations / Production Executive who can lead event executions with precision, efficiency, and innovation. Who We’re Looking For An energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive professional from the event management industry only , who can independently manage the complete cycle of event production—from planning to flawless on-ground execution. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and vendors to understand event objectives and requirements. Conduct venue recce, prepare PPTs, and develop detailed production timelines, schedules, and resource allocation plans. Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Handle venue booking, setup coordination, and post-event breakdown. Manage production crew, technicians, and on-ground staff. Oversee sound, lighting, staging, and other technical setups. Manage transportation, logistics, and accommodation arrangements. Act as the primary point of contact during event execution. Monitor event flow to ensure seamless delivery. Resolve on-site issues and last-minute challenges efficiently. Maintain professionalism and high service standards throughout the event. Requirements 0–2+ years of experience in event operations or production. Background in event management is mandatory . Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure. Comfortable working with multiple departments and vendors.
