Provide information and guidance for the clients in order to obtain accurate specifications for the events. Manage all operations in the Conventions to ensure excellent customer services and to provide outstanding technical expertise. Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service. Develop and maintain effective relationships with service contractors and other suppliers of event services. Ensure to develop and maintain effective relationships with service providers and other suppliers of event services. Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals is the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behaviour, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness; Ability to accept responsibility; Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity; Ability to enhance organizational performance Qualifications Relevant Degree or diploma
