Job Description

You are a dynamic and experienced Events Sales Manager with a proven track record in corporate sales. Your role is crucial in driving revenue growth in the events and hospitality sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities include sales and business development, where you will identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector, formulate and implement sales strategies, and conduct market research to track trends. Client relationship management is another essential aspect of your role. You will build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients, conduct regular client meetings, and drive high client satisfaction. Event planning and coordination are also part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute corporate events, MICE, and destination weddings, ensuring all events align with client expectations and are delivered to high standards. Additionally, you will work alongside the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns, represent the company at industry events, and leverage social media and digital channels to enhance brand visibility. Your role will involve preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, as well as analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in corporate sales, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment. Knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus, and proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The ideal candidate will have a total of 2 years of work experience, preferably in a similar role. The work location is in person.,
