Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Event Sales Intern to be part of our energetic team. This internship offers immersive exposure to event sales, client relationship management, and market development. You’ll work closely with our sales and planning teams to identify prospects, pitch our services, and support the smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.

Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.

Attend and support client meetings, maintaining accurate follow-up records.

Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client interaction details.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for proposals and cost estimates.

Participate in networking opportunities such as events, exhibitions, and promotions.

Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for events, weddings, and exceptional client service.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Prior experience in sales or events is a plus (not mandatory).
