Are you passionate about B2B sales and corporate events?

We are hiring a dynamic Event Sales Manager to drive event business acquisition from corporates and the BFSI sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert event opportunities from corporate clients and BFSI companies.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through business development, cold calling, client meetings, and networking.
• Create tailored event proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with the event management team to deliver seamless execution.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Min 2 - 3 years of proven experience in event sales, corporate sales, or BFSI partnerships.
• Strong network with decision-makers in corporates, banks, insurance, and financial companies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-starter attitude.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

🔹 Bonus Points If You Have:

• Past experience selling conferences, seminars, corporate activations, offsite, or reward & recognition events.
• Understanding of the event production lifecycle.
