Event Production Manager

⁠Role Summary

As the Wedding Production Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of wedding events. From vendor management and logistics to client servicing and team coordination, you will ensure that each event runs smoothly and delivers a "wow" experience, aligned with RVR Eventz’s premium standards.

•⁠ ⁠Key Responsibilities

Pre-Event Planning

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the sales and design teams to understand client requirements and event vision.

•⁠ ⁠Develop detailed production timelines and checklists for each wedding project.

•⁠ ⁠Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor partnerships (decor, lighting, sound, rentals, logistics, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠Plan and oversee site visits, technical recces, and venue assessments.

Production & Execution

•⁠ ⁠Lead the on-ground setup and dismantling of wedding events.

•⁠ ⁠Manage production teams, crew schedules, vendor timelines, and overall logistics.

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot issues in real time during event setup and execution.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all production elements (lighting, audio-visual, décor, staging, etc.) are delivered as per plan.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate closely with creative and design teams to bring visual concepts to life.

Post-Event

•⁠ ⁠Supervise post-event closure, dismantling, and vendor settlement.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct debriefs and compile production reports to evaluate event success and improvement areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
