Event Production Manager

Live Hax Media is looking for a smart and energetic Event Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production & handling on-ground events and promotional activities. Educational Qualification: Graduate/Master in Event Management

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets for a wide range of events, including corporate functions, activations, sports events, award shows, festivals and more.
• Oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring design and production align precisely with client expectations and creative briefs.
• Maintain stringent quality control across all external resources—this includes on-ground manpower, production elements, and event-specific collaterals.
• New Vendor Engagements & Vendor Management. Awareness of latest inventory maintained by the vendors.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in lighting, sound, AV, and overall event production to ensure innovation and excellence.
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events, proactively addressing potential challenges and ensuring seamless delivery.
• Liaise directly with key clients to understand requirements, translating them into actionable event plans.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams across departments to deliver successful and high-impact events.
• Must be open to frequent travel across India and internationally as required for on-ground event execution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in handling on ground events and promotions
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Building High-Performance Teams
• Industry Knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
