Event Production Manager

You should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in event management. A Diploma in Event Management or any Graduate degree is required for this position. Your main responsibilities will include event execution planning, creating cost sheets, booking and coordinating with vendors, developing set-up and dismantle plans, ensuring timely execution, coordinating with technicians, and managing consoles. You will also need to understand event requirements in detail, conduct site visits, manage a team of executives, plan the entire event including timelines, manpower, travel schedules, and materials, negotiate with vendors, and ensure smooth event execution. Key skills for this role include excellent coordination abilities, technical knowledge, leadership qualities, teamwork, multitasking capabilities, willingness to travel nationally and internationally, strong reporting skills, and good time management.,
