• Coordinate and manage

• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure

  seamless event execution

• Handle

  vendor management

  logistics, budgeting, and on-ground coordination for offline events.
• Track event performance, leads, and ROI; prepare

  post-event reports

  and suggest improvements.
• Support creative and digital teams with event communication, promotional campaigns, and follow-ups.
• Represent the brand professionally and maintain a

  positive, enthusiastic attitude

  during all engagements.

What youll need to bring:

• 3+ years

  of experience in

  event planning, marketing, or brand activations

  , preferably in BFSI, fintech, or stock broking industry.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of

  marketing funnels

  ,

  lead generation

  customer engagement strategies

• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with

  traveling

  to different event locations as required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
