Event Planner

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Planner at Lumora.by located in Mumbai. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events, managing event logistics, and ensuring that all aspects of the events are executed smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include liaising with clients to understand their event requirements, overseeing event setup and teardown, managing event budgets, and resolving any issues that arise during the event. Additionally, you will be tasked with negotiating contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, and continuously seeking ways to improve event services. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and sales skills, along with proven event planning and event management experience. Strong budgeting skills, outstanding organizational skills, and attention to detail are also essential. You should be able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
