Bowtie Events is looking for a passionate, detail-obsessed, creative thinker to join our team as an Event Planner . If you live for checklists, mood boards, and seeing a vision come to life — this one’s for you. 🌟 What You’ll Do: Meet with clients to understand their event vision, budget, and preferences Work closely with the design and decor team to translate ideas into reality Create and manage event timelines, floor plans, and schedules Handle vendor coordination, venue bookings, and permits if needed Be present at events to manage execution, troubleshoot on-site, and ensure a seamless experience Maintain constant communication with clients and internal teams Suggest creative themes, decor elements, and layout ideas tailored to each event 💡 You’re a Great Fit If You: Have 1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination Are creative, organized, and calm under pressure Love decor and have an eye for aesthetics and detail Are comfortable managing timelines, people, and expectations Can handle multiple events/projects simultaneously Are fluent in English and Malayalam (a big plus!)
