Operations Executive

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage on-ground event and campaign logistics.
  • Liaise with vendors for fabrication, printing, branding, AV, and production setups.
  • Support client servicing teams with execution timelines and material delivery.
  • Handle permissions, transport, manpower, and resource allocation for events.
  • Monitor budgets, billing, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Prepare post-event reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between creative, production, and client teams.
  • Be present on-site during setups and executions to ensure flawless delivery.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.

event operations / brand activation / BTL execution

Strong communication and vendor management skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and project coordination tools.

CTC: up to 40K
