Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Operation Manager located in South Delhi. The Event Operation Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of event execution from planning to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and vendors, managing event logistics, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing event budgets. The role also involves supervising event setup and breakdown, ensuring all events run smoothly and meet client expectations.

• Experience in Event Planning and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality or alco-bev industry is a plus
