Event Operation Manager

As an Event Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing logistics, manpower, and on-ground event operations. Your proactive nature, attention to detail, and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end operations for events, exhibitions, and activations. - Handle logistics, manpower planning, and resource allocation efficiently. - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution. - Monitor budgets closely and focus on cost optimization. - Proactively troubleshoot any operational challenges that arise during events. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance overall team performance. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in event operations/BTL activations. - Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage operations. - Ability to efficiently handle multiple projects while maintaining quality. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-ground event environment.
