Event Marketing Manager

You will play a critical role in growing attendance, building community, and amplifying our brand across regional and global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  end-to-end marketing plans

  for multiple events annually.
• Drive event visibility through

  content, social media, influencer campaigns, and partnerships

  .
• Plan and launch

  UGC (user-generated content)

  initiatives including branded hashtags, community walls, and testimonials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to deliver high-performing assets: banners, reels, emails, videos.
• Run paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google, etc) focused on

  ticket sales and registrations

  .
• Coordinate with tech/web teams to implement marketing integrations on event websites (UGC widgets, tracking).
• Manage post-event promotions, recap campaigns, and nurture leads for future editions.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns in real-time.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 24 years in marketing with 1

  + years in event marketing

  (conferences, summits, expos, virtual/hybrid).
• Proven experience in

  AI, Web3, Healthcare, or tech ecosystem events

  .
• Experience marketing events in the

  Middle East, India, Asia

• Proficiency in social media marketing, content planning, and engagement tactics.
• Strong understanding of

  community-building, UGC activation

  , and viral strategies.
• Hands-on experience with

  email tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.), CMS (WordPress/Webflow), and event platforms (Hopin, Eventbrite, etc.)

• Familiarity with performance marketing (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting).
• Data-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines.
