We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Event Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts for our global tech events focused on AI, Web3, Digital Health, Biotech, and Innovation . You will drive strategy and execution across digital campaigns, social media, UGC activations, influencer engagement, and ticket conversions. You will play a critical role in growing attendance, building community, and amplifying our brand across regional and global audiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing plans for multiple events annually. Drive event visibility through content, social media, influencer campaigns, and partnerships . Plan and launch UGC (user-generated content) initiatives including branded hashtags, community walls, and testimonials. Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to deliver high-performing assets: banners, reels, emails, videos. Run paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google, etc) focused on ticket sales and registrations . Coordinate with tech/web teams to implement marketing integrations on event websites (UGC widgets, tracking). Manage post-event promotions, recap campaigns, and nurture leads for future editions. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns in real-time. Required Skills & Experience: 24 years in marketing with 1 + years in event marketing (conferences, summits, expos, virtual/hybrid). Proven experience in AI, Web3, Healthcare, or tech ecosystem events . Experience marketing events in the Middle East, India, Asia Proficiency in social media marketing, content planning, and engagement tactics. Strong understanding of community-building, UGC activation , and viral strategies. Hands-on experience with email tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.), CMS (WordPress/Webflow), and event platforms (Hopin, Eventbrite, etc.) Familiarity with performance marketing (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting). Data-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines.
