Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an event manager at Elate Events and Production Private Limited in Chennai. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating various types of events such as corporate events, weddings, theme parties, and birthday parties. Daily tasks include vendor coordination, budget management, scheduling, and overseeing event logistics.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Coordination, and Management skills
• Vendor Management and Budgeting experience
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of different types of events and trends
• Experience in the event management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field
