Event Manager

As an Event Manager at Della Adventure & Resorts, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing a wide range of corporate and social events at our premium adventure and luxury resort. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end event planning, coordination, and execution to ensure that each event delivers exceptional guest experiences and operates seamlessly. Your key duties will include planning and organizing various events such as corporate retreats, conferences, weddings, social gatherings, and adventure-based activities. You will collaborate closely with clients to grasp their requirements and tailor event experiences accordingly. Working in sync with internal departments like F&B, hospitality, adventure activities, and marketing will be essential to ensure flawless execution. It will be your responsibility to develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics while prioritizing cost efficiency and upholding quality standards. Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers will also fall under your purview. Overseeing on-ground event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown, to align all elements with client expectations will be crucial. Additionally, you will supervise and provide guidance to the event staff to maintain high service standards, as well as drive event promotions in collaboration with the marketing team to maximize event reach and attendance. Monitoring event feedback and implementing improvements for future events will be part of your ongoing tasks, along with ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations related to event operations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in hospitality, adventure tourism, or luxury resorts. Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Experience in handling high-end clientele and luxury event planning would be advantageous, and knowledge of event management software and digital marketing tools is desirable. Your willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and adopt flexible schedules as per event requirements is also expected.
