Event Manager

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Manager who can bridge the gap between client expectations and flawless on-ground execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visiting client locations, visualizing decor setups, coordinating with vendors, and making magic happen on the event day.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Meetings & Requirement Gathering

• Visit customer homes or venues to understand their decor requirements
• Capture event-specific needs such as theme, space layout, preferred colors, and mood boards
• Share decor suggestions based on feasibility and trends

Quotation & Planning

• Prepare decor proposals/quotes based on available raw materials and client budget
• Suggest creative alternatives if certain materials are unavailable

Order Conversion

• Follow up with clients post-visit to clarify doubts and push for closure
• Convert final requirements into a confirmed order with clear deliverables

Vendor Coordination

• Work closely with in-house teams and external partner vendors to ensure timely sourcing of required materials
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of decor elements – floral, fabric, props, etc

On-Ground Execution

• Supervise on-site decor setup to ensure accuracy as per plan
• Handle last-minute client or setup changes with professionalism
• Maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables

Post-Event Closure

• Take feedback from clients after the event
• Ensure timely pick-up of decor materials and proper closure with vendors

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and client handling skills (Hindi + English preferred)
• Basic aesthetic sense and understanding of trending decor styles
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and on-ground execution
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure during event peaks
• 1–3 years preferred in event decor or production house.

Bonus if You Have:

• Past experience in wedding/home decor projects
• Knowledge of local vendors and sourcing markets
• Ability to sketch/layout basic decor plans (even roughly)
