Event Management - Production Manager

As a Production Team Leader/Manager at Entre Nous Experiences, you will be responsible for leading the charge on-site, from setup to showtime to shut down. Your role will involve syncing with internal teams such as design, logistics, and client servicing to bring event visions to life. Additionally, you will be managing vendors, crews, and techies, overseeing staging, sound, lighting, fabrication, AV, and more. Conducting site recce's, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring everything runs on schedule will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the charge on-site, managing setup, showtime, and shut down. - Collaborate with internal teams to bring event visions to life. - Manage vendors, crews, and techies for various event elements. - Conduct site recce's, identify issues, and proactively solve problems. - Ensure events run on schedule and troubleshoot effectively when issues arise. - Negotiate with vendors, stretch budgets, and provide post-event reporting to improve future events. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in event production, live shows, or similar high-pressure environments. - Proficiency in sound, AV, rigging, lighting, and fabrication. - Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and handle pressure situations. - Excellent organizational abilities and quick problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain composure under pressure and effectively communicate with clients and vendors. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights. - A degree or diploma in Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field is a plus.
