Job Description

Plan, organize, and execute all in-mall promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and themed activities to drive footfall and brand engagement.
Manage the malls private party area for birthdays, private functions, brand tie-ups, and special bookingsincluding planning, vendor coordination, and execution.Liaise with retail partners and tenants to ensure their involvement and maximize participation in mall-wide promotional events.Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create event-related communication, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and performers to ensure smooth event logistics and timely execution.Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements during events.Track event performance, footfall, and engagement metrics, and provide post-event analysis and reporting.Maintain an annual event calendar and budget, ensuring alignment with mall branding and marketing strategy.
