About Us:

Event Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and promotional events from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for events
  • Conduct on-site inspections and manage setup, registration, and breakdown
  • Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum

    5 years of proven experience

    in event planning and execution
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of event management software is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
