About the Role:

As an Event Stylist / Event Decorator, you will be the creative force behind transforming spaces into immersive, visually captivating experiences. This role requires a perfect blend of design aesthetics, creativity, and practical execution to bring each event’s theme to life. You will collaborate with the design, production, and vendor teams to conceptualize décor layouts, plan styling elements, and ensure flawless execution during live events.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design event themes, décor layouts, and styling concepts for weddings, corporate events, and festivals.

Conduct venue recce to plan spatial arrangements, stage design, and décor flow.

Prepare mood boards, color palettes, sketches, and presentation decks for client approvals.

Collaborate with vendors, florists, lighting, and fabrication teams for on-ground execution.

Oversee final event setup, ensuring aesthetic precision and alignment with the event vision.

Style décor and props for marketing photoshoots and video campaigns.

Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and innovative décor techniques.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in event styling, event design, interior décor, or wedding planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or Event Management (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong creative and aesthetic sense with knowledge of colors, textures, and visual composition.

Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar design software.

Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills.

Flexibility to travel and work during events or weekends when required.
