Job Description: As an Event Coordinator at One Meraki's luxurious lifestyle offerings in Chembur, Mumbai, your role will be pivotal in creating unique experiences and activities for residents and guests. Your responsibility will be to organize engaging events and workshops that showcase the premium amenities of One Meraki, such as the rooftop sky pool, music and art studios, spa, and Zen garden. By actively interacting with residents, you will understand their needs, encourage participation, and demonstrate how these facilities can elevate their lifestyle. Your creativity will be key in developing and delivering marketing campaigns that communicate the transformational impact of One Meraki's amenities, both online and offline. Additionally, you will foster a sense of community by creating opportunities for interaction, collaboration, and shared experiences among residents. Monitoring participation and collecting feedback will be essential to continuously improve events and maximize the value of the amenities offered. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields. Your ability to design and execute unique events aligned with the brand's vision of transformation, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, will be crucial in engaging residents and promoting events. Your friendly and approachable demeanor, exceptional planning, multitasking, and time management abilities, as well as proficiency in basic design tools and social media platforms, will contribute to your success as an Event Coordinator.
