With over 10 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 6-7 years in a leadership role, you will play a crucial part in spearheading all sales initiatives across residential, commercial, and luxury segments. Your key responsibilities will include building, motivating, and leading a high-performing sales team and channel partners. You will define and monitor KPIs and sales metrics, conduct training programs, and enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and key stakeholders while overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work closely with various teams such as Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Project teams to ensure sales readiness and alignment. By preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, you will contribute valuable insights to optimize offerings and strategies. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A proven track record of sales leadership in the real estate sector, a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and institutional buyers, excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in CRM platforms and sales performance tools are essential. The compensation for this role includes a competitive fixed salary along with performance-based incentives/commissions. This is a full-time position, and benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund are provided. The work schedule is during the day, with shift allowance and yearly bonus. The work location is in person at Chembur.
