You are a courteous, proactive, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive responsible for representing our real estate brand. Your main role is to enhance the experience of residents, prospective buyers, and visitors by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and supporting the front office and property management team. This position is crucial in luxury residential projects, commercial real estate developments, or leasing offices where delivering a premium client experience is a top priority. Your key responsibilities include warmly welcoming and assisting residents, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. You will manage front desk operations such as visitor management, call handling, and appointment coordination. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for resident concerns, maintenance requests, and general inquiries. Collaboration with facility management and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality is essential. You will also assist in organizing resident engagement events and promotional activities within the property. Ensuring that all reception areas and common spaces reflect the brand's luxury and service standards is also part of your duties. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front office roles is required, with real estate experience being preferred. Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English (and regional language, if applicable), strong interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a customer-first attitude are necessary attributes. This is a full-time position that offers cell phone reimbursement as a benefit. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred. The work location is in person.,
