Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Set up and manage microphones, sound systems, and other basic AV equipment during events
Assist in overall event planning and execution, including on-site support
Coordinate the movement and placement of event-related materials (banners, stands, props, etc.)
Arrange and monitor refreshments and catering as per event requirements
Coordinate the procurement and distribution of mementos and tokens of appreciation
Liaise with vendors, facility teams, and internal departments for event execution
Ensure timely setup and breakdown of event venues
Provide technical support during rehearsals and live sessions as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma
Prior experience or exposure in sound engineering or event support is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Technically savvy and comfortable handling basic AV equipment
Energetic, proactive, and dependable
Excellent communication and liaison skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as per event schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
