The conclave honors activists for their contributions and focuses on formulating action plans for the UN SDGs. The event aims to inspire and motivate youth and activists globally to ensure inclusivity and leave no one behind.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in Chandigarh, India or in any of the countries with United Nations event venues. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination. Duties include liaising with vendors, managing budgets, handling event communications, providing customer service, and working closely with the sales team to ensure sponsorship and participation. The Event Coordinator will ensure seamless execution of the conclave from preparation to the conclusion of the event.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in coordinating large-scale events is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
