Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for seamless event execution.
  • Handle pre- and post-event planning, proposals, and budgets.
  • Arrange & execute meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

Requirements

  • 2+ year experience as an Event Coordinator
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English + any South Indian language preferred.
  • Strong organizational & multitasking ability.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
