Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute events across the campus including academic functions, student activities, fests, seminars, workshops, and official ceremonies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, multitasking, and project management skills, with prior experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and organize a variety of campus events including cultural fests, guest lectures, orientation programs, alumni meets, and convocation ceremonies.

● Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth execution of events.

● Prepare event proposals, budgets, and reports.

● Oversee logistics such as venue setup, audio-visuals, hospitality, and permissions.

● Promote events through appropriate channels including email, posters, and social media.

● Handle event day operations and troubleshoot any issues.

● Maintain records and feedback for continuous improvement of events.

● Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines and safety protocols. Eligibility Criteria:

● Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or related field. Master’s preferred.

● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in an educational setup.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and event planning tools.

● Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings during major events
