Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage registrations, trackers, invoicing, confirmations.
  • Update/reconcile event budgets; maintain POs and vendor documentation.
  • Administer abstract/speaker databases and program updates.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on programs, forms, signage, onsite branding.
  • Enforce document control, versioning, timelines; issue weekly status reports.
  • Provide remote pre/during/post-event support; liaise with internal teams/vendors.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3+ years in event operations/administration (backend).
  • Strong Excel and document-management
  • Excellent written communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with occasional extended hours during live events; limited travel if needed.
  • Degree in Hospitality/Events or equivalent experience.
