1. Technical Retail Associate

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding car features, specifications, and pricing.
  
• Provide detailed product demonstrations and vehicle comparisons.
  
• Conduct initial assessments of used cars for retail evaluation.
  
• Coordinate with the technical and inspection teams for vehicle readiness.
  
• Manage leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales.
  
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, test drives, and follow-ups.
  
• Ensure showroom display and hygiene standards are maintained.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / Graduate in Automobile, Mechanical, or related fields.
  
• Experience: 16 years in automotive sales or retail operations.
  
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong understanding of car makes, models, and features.
  
• Basic technical understanding of vehicles.
  

• Must have a valid 4-wheeler driving license.

• Perform on-site vehicle inspections (68 per day).
  
• Assess mechanical, electrical, and structural condition of vehicles.
  
• Estimate repair costs and determine fair market value.
  
• Record and submit detailed inspection reports in the company system.
  
• Communicate findings clearly with customers and internal teams.
  
• Stay updated with automotive industry trends and new models.
  

Requirements:

• Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  
• Experience: 25 years (Freshers can apply; training provided).
  
• Must possess a valid Driving License and a two-wheeler for fieldwork.
  
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic cars.
  
• Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills.
  
• Willingness to work on weekends (rotational off).
