Job_Description":" JobDescription Job Title EV Technical training Support Executive After Sales Service Experience 3-5 Years Job Location Designated zone Department After Sales Service Department Reporting Manager Santosh Kumar Cost Center Aboutthe Team: Aftersales and Service department is responsible for maintenance and repairs of products sold by Ultraviolette Automotive. We are a technical team who provide support and services to all consumers/ customer both internal to the company and outside to customers who purchase UV products. We are technically and futuristically driven to solve field issues and ensure customer satisfaction whilst using UV products. JobSummary: Will be responsible to trouble shoot the vehicle on the component/product level. Should be able to understand perform vehicle diagnosis by referring service repair manuals and SOPs. Will have to share the technical observations through reports. Co-ordinate escalate critical concerns timely for speedy resolution. Proactively monitor software and telematics related data for any abnormalities and take countermeasure. Will have to get information on all vehicle related recent updates and ensuring the same has been deployed in customer vehicles. Coordinate with various stake holders to ensure resolution in minimum possible down time. Will be responsible to resolve technical concerns in the vehicle by doing gamba visit, coordinating with vendors and field team etc., JobResponsibilities: Provide real-time technical assistance to service centers and technicians for diagnostics and repairs. Trouble shoot Electrical and Electronics related technical concerns (Battery, MCU, VCU, ABS etc.,) Ability to check and update the firmware to latest version. Should able to use diagnostic tools and equipment like P-SCAN, M-SCAN,Ixxat, Pickit ABS tools etc., Monitor vehicle telematics information and Raise Technical Failure Report on field concerns Co-ordinating with field team and other stakeholders for doing RCA on technical concerns Deliver training on new products, repair procedures, safety protocols, diagnostic tools, and EV fundamentals. Create and maintain training content, manuals, videos, and assessments. Certify technicians and service advisors through testing and evaluations. Ensure readiness of the service network before deployment of new features or hardware. Maintaining MIS on field technical failures and sharing monthly overview on the technical concern trends Escalating critical concerns to the concerned stakeholder, based on the frequent telematics monitoring and field failure observation. Should able to read defect codes and trouble shoot the concern in component level in product level Collaborating with various stake holders such as service team, CR Team, quality team, production, RnD and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and early resolution of field vehicle issues Adhering to the quality procedures and SOPs. Visiting workshops at various location for genba check and for field trails. JobRequirements: Experience: Example Strong understanding of EV components battery systems, controllers, telematics, high-voltage safety Strong understanding of EV two wheeler working, technical issues pertaining to electrical, electronics, Software level of EV vehicles. Workable knowledge on usage of telematics, diagnostic software and different diagnostic tools like P-SCAN, M-SCAN, Ixxat, Pickit etc., Skills:(Please add the tools / platforms / Software / Hardware experiences) Example Communication Skill Hindi, English Working knowledge on any telematics and diagnostic software. Ability to learn and adapt to new products technology Strong understanding EV two wheeler working, technical issues pertaining to electrical, electronics, mechanics of EV two wheelers. Making visits to field/workshops to do trouble shooting RCA Education: Bachelordegree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field. Soft Skills: Shouldbe open to travel across India Shouldbe able to converse in English Hindi (Additionally, Kannada otherlanguages is desirable) Working knowledge on computers anddata Interview Panels 1 st Round Santosh, Arbab 2 nd Round Rahul B Primary Skills: Trouble shooting, Communication,data handling application (Excel, Word, PPT, etc), Telematics Software,Knowledge on EV motorcycles Secondary Skills: Innovative approach, qualityprocedures, etc.
