EV Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EV Sales Manager to lead our electric vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean energy and innovative transportation solutions, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in automotive or technology sales. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and developing strategies to grow market share in the EV sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for electric vehicle sales. Lead, train, and motivate the EV sales team to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fleet partners, and business clients. Work closely with marketing and product teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for upper management. Ensure the sales team provides excellent customer service and maintains high satisfaction scores. Stay current with EV technologies, charging infrastructure, and government incentives/regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience with electric vehicles or renewable energy products is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop actionable strategies.
