EV Sales Executive

As an EV Sales Executive, your role revolves around promoting and selling electric vehicles to ensure an exceptional customer buying experience. Your responsibilities include: - Engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing detailed information on various EV models, features, pricing, and financing options. - Conducting test drives and demonstrating the functionalities of electric vehicles to potential buyers. - Following up with prospective customers to address any queries they may have. It is crucial for you to stay updated on the latest EV technologies and industry developments to educate customers effectively on the benefits of electric vehicles. You will also be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, from the initial contact to finalizing the sale. This includes preparing sales contracts, coordinating with the finance department for financing options, and managing the vehicle delivery process. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential. You will need to address any post-sale issues promptly and provide continuous support. Utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions will help in effective customer relationship management. Your performance will be measured based on achieving sales targets and contributing to dealership goals. Prepare regular sales activity reports to track your progress. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in automotive sales, preferably in electric vehicles. - Strong knowledge of EVs and excellent communication skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual. - Valid driver's license. - High school diploma; a bachelor's degree is a plus. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. A bachelor's degree is preferred for education qualification.
