EV Production manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead our electric vehicle manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the entire EV production lifecycle, from component sourcing to final vehicle assembly. This role is crucial for establishing and optimizing our production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete EV production process, including assembly, battery pack integration, and quality control.

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Lead and manage the production team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve product design.

• Monitor production KPIs (e.g., efficiency, quality, and cost) and implement strategies to meet targets.

• Ensure all production activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the electric vehicle or automotive industry.

• Strong understanding of EV components and assembly processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
