We are looking for a seasoned HR Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment strategies while ensuring full HR compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. This role combines strategic hiring with regulatory compliance, making it ideal for a professional with a mature understanding of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Leadership:

Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle across various departments and seniority levels.

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the business growth.

Mentor and guide junior recruiters or HR team members.

Build a strong pipeline for critical and niche roles through headhunting, referrals, and job portals.

Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.

Compliance & HR Governance:
Ensure full compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).

Keep up to date with changes in employment law and implement them effectively.

Prepare for and support labor audits and compliance inspections.

Maintain meticulous HR records and documentation to ensure audit readiness.

Ensure employee joining, onboarding, and exit documentation is legally compliant.

HR Process Optimization:

Standardize and streamline HR processes and documentation.

Manage HRMS and ensure data accuracy.

Develop MIS reports on recruitment metrics and compliance status.

Liaise with legal and finance teams on employee-related statutory matters.

Training and development

• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across departments.

• Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and performance data reviews to analyze learning requirements.
