Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and appoint new

  distributors and dealers

  in assigned territories.
• Maintain strong relationships with

  builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers

  for project-based sales.
• Promote and sell KAGs

  sanitaryware, taps, bath fittings & accessories

  across retail and project segments.
• Consistently

  achieve sales targets

  and expand market reach through active market coverage.
• Monitor and support dealer performance to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Analyze

  market trends, competitor activities

  , and share insights with the senior management team.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, follow-up actions, and customer feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any Bachelors Degree (MBA in Marketing preferred)

• 3 to 5 years

  of experience in

  sanitaryware, taps, bath fittings, or related building materials

• Proven expertise in

  appointing distributors

  and managing

  dealer/channel networks

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiar with

  local market dynamics

  and willing to travel extensively
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling responsibilities independently
