EUC Strategy Consultant / Workplace Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced EUC Strategy Consultant / Workplace Engineer to join our team in Kochi. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and continually improving the bank’s End User Computing (EUC) strategy. The goal is to standardize and optimize user experiences across the workplace environment, integrating ITIL principles, change enablement, and deployment management. The successful candidate will assess current EUC solutions—including Windows, mobile, VDI, and collaboration tools—evaluate emerging technologies such as Zero Trust and virtualization, and create scalable, secure solutions tailored for global use. Key responsibilities include defining technical standards, selecting tools and vendors, managing the end device lifecycle, and overseeing IT self-service portals, image management, automated deployments, and license and patch management. Strong collaboration with compliance, security, and works councils is essential. This position also demands intercultural awareness to accommodate diverse device preferences and workstyles across the international banking environment.
