Job Description

  • 15+ years of experience in Workplace IT / End User Computing leadership roles, preferably in global organizations.
  • Deep technical expertise in end-user computing (devices, collaboration tools, secure printing, onboarding/offboarding processes).
  • Proven hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Intune, and other modern workplace/cloud technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
  • Solid experience with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and vendor ecosystems.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to align workplace IT strategy with business needs and drive measurable employee experience improvements.
